Key points
Two central London addresses. 10 Portman Square, London W1H 6AZ, and the Light Centre, 9 Eccleston Street, London SW1W 9LX.
Both sites offer hair PRP, facial and under-eye treatment, and ultrasound-guided joint and tendon PRP.
Every treatment is performed by GMC-registered doctors, and no clinician treats a patient here until they have completed 100 supervised treatments.
Every enquiry starts with a free doctor-led suitability review, where you are either approved for treatment or told plainly what would serve you better.

Where to find us
10 Portman Square, Marylebone, London W1H 6AZ
Our Marylebone clinic sits on Portman Square, in the heart of London's medical district and a short walk from Harley Street. It is a few minutes from Marble Arch and Bond Street stations, which between them carry the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, and it is walkable from Oxford Street, Mayfair and Marylebone High Street.
This is the easiest site to reach from most of central, west and north London, and from anyone travelling in to Paddington or Marylebone mainline stations. It suits patients combining an appointment with time in the West End, and it is the site most international patients choose.
The Light Centre, 9 Eccleston Street, Belgravia, London SW1W 9LX
Our Belgravia clinic sits at the Light Centre on Eccleston Street, close to Victoria station and within easy reach of Westminster, Pimlico, Chelsea and Sloane Square. Victoria's mainline, underground and coach connections make it the simpler option for anyone travelling in from the south and south west, or from Gatwick.
The same standards apply at both. Your records, your plan and your review appointments travel with you, so being seen at either address does not fragment your care.
Ask which site suits you. Message us on WhatsApp.
What we treat
Hair and scalp
PRP for pattern hair loss and thinning, supported by a 2025 meta-analysis in Dermatology and Therapy pooling 43 randomised controlled trials and 1,877 participants, which found PRP increases hair density. Assessment includes examination, dermoscopy to read follicle viability, and blood tests covering full iron studies, full thyroid function, vitamin D, B12, folate, zinc, HbA1c and the relevant hormonal markers, run from the same clinic.
Face and under eyes
PRP and polynucleotide treatment for skin quality, fine lines and thin, crepey under-eye skin. Assessment identifies whether your concern is skin quality, volume or structure, because only the first responds to these treatments, and we say so when it is one of the others.
Joints and tendons
Ultrasound-guided PRP for tendon and joint conditions. A 2025 Level I meta-analysis of 26 randomised controlled trials found PRP statistically and clinically better than corticosteroid for tennis elbow beyond six months. Image guidance means the needle and the target are visible throughout, which matters most in deep joints and in specific damaged portions of a tendon.
Planning your visit
What to bring
Any existing blood results, including from your GP or from abroad. A great deal of the value we add is reading tests you have already paid for against hair-specific or joint-specific targets rather than repeating them. Bring current medication in its original packaging, and any imaging you have had.
What to expect on the day
Allow around 45 to 60 minutes for a treatment appointment, most of which is the blood draw, preparation and numbing rather than the injections themselves. Eat beforehand and stay hydrated, which makes the blood draw easier. Avoid alcohol the day before.
Tell us in advance about blood-thinning medication, and check with your doctor before taking anti-inflammatory painkillers around your appointment, since these can affect the platelet response.
Afterwards
Most people return to normal activities the same day, avoiding strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and swimming for 24 to 48 hours. For under-eye work, allow at least two weeks before an important event, because bruising is common in an area where the skin is the thinnest on the body.
What treatment costs
Flagship Harley Street and Mayfair clinics commonly charge £600 to £850 or more per session for hair PRP, and central London specialist clinics charge from around £780 to £900 or more per image-guided joint or tendon injection, with courses frequently exceeding £2,000. Doctor-led under-eye treatment generally runs £400 to £850 per session or course. London practices typically charge 50 to 70 percent more than clinics outside the capital.
Our care is doctor-led and priced below flagship central London rates, with the figure for your plan confirmed after your free suitability review. PRP is not routinely available on the NHS for these conditions and private insurance rarely covers it, so treatment is normally self-pay.

How to book
Every enquiry begins with a free doctor-led suitability review rather than a booking. A GMC-registered doctor assesses you, arranges any testing or imaging needed, and gives one of two answers. Approved for treatment with a clear plan and realistic expectations, or not approved, with an honest explanation of what would serve you better.
We decline a meaningful share of enquiries, which is why our reported outcomes hold. Across our work we report an 87 percent patient success rate, a 32 percent average density increase in hair restoration and more than 187 five-star reviews.
